Spritual reason behind clapping 👏

Besides clapping therapy is used by people to clap 👏 for 5 mins to stimulate acupressure points.

This is such a great guide to saving time for busy parents. Let me know which point/ number you want to implement to save time. I've never tried to prep meals in advance (fussy eaters) so I might give that a go. 🌻

WHERE YOUR FOOD COMES FROM

Clean Eating Challenge | Importance of Sourcing Real Food

When you shop at a supermarket, many foods — even fruit, veg and meat — can be treated with preservatives, waxes, anti-browning agents, or sprayed with pesticides and herbicides imported from industrial supply chains. These chemicals can impact digestion, inflammation, hormones and cravings.

Choosing food that’s as close to its natural source as possible reduces exposure to additives and supports your body during this reset.

Plus, when you buy directly from growers and small producers, you often get:

fresher produce
seasonal variety
better flavour
less packaging
more transparency about how the food was raised

🌿 WHY IT MATTERS (NUTRITION & CLEAN EATING)

Real food that’s grown well has:
higher nutrient density
fewer pesticides
less processing
better digestibility
more flavour

Eating food straight from farms or certified organic sources means fewer unknowns — and that supports your 21-Day Clean Eating goals.

It’s not just what you eat — it’s where it comes from.
Your body pays attention to both.

🥕 GREAT PLACES TO BUY CLEAN FOOD IN NSW (IN PERSON & ONLINE)

🧠 Did You Know?
Prunes — yes, the humble dried plum — are one of nature’s richest sources of malic acid, a natural compound shown to help the body bind and eliminate toxic metals like aluminum. 🌿

Why does that matter? Because heavy metal accumulation is linked to issues like cognitive decline and neurological imbalance. Regularly soaking or eating prunes can support your body’s detox pathways, protect brain health, and keep your cells functioning optimally. 🫐

💡 Tip: Soak a few prunes overnight and drink the infused water — it’s a simple daily ritual for gentle detox and better long-term health.

If my budget for a garden was $50, this is how I’d start: 🌱👇

I’d buy the largest container that I could afford and drill holes at the bottom for drainage. Fill it with high quality organic potting soil and plant high-yield, low maintenance salad greens that are “cut and come again” so I could get a continuous harvest for at least 6 months.

What would I plant? Lettuce, Arugula, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Kale, Mizuna (only if you like the taste and will eat it). And I alway add a short edible flower or two to make it look pretty - Marigold petals are edible, but you can tuck in a cute plant like Viola too.

Simple and very doable.

You don’t have to be self sufficient for growing food to be worth it. The fun in the project, the process, the learning and the harvest can be achieved in the smallest spaces.

Microgreens are packed with nutrients, flavour, look great and grow so fast and you can grow them in practically anything, but there is something especially pleasing about these little tins lined up on the windowsill.

Here I’ve grown -
Broccoli
Cress
Pink kale
Pak Choi
Radish Sango

The way you cut an onion decides the flavor. 🧅

Pole to pole keeps the fibers long so the onion tastes softer and sweeter.
Equator cuts break more cells which releases sulfur and creates a sharper bite.

If your saute tastes harsh or your salad tastes flat, the cut is usually the reason.

Save this and try it the next time you cook.

🌱 Why I Use Fibre Boost for Gut Health

One thing I’ve learned through clean eating resets is that fibre quietly makes everything easier.

I personally use Arbonne Fibre Boost most days in smoothies, protein balls. It doesn’t change the taste, but it really changes how food lands in my body.

Adding fibre slows digestion, for steadier energy, fewer crashes, and less intense cravings. When it’s added to things like smoothies or desserts, it actually helps make them a lower GI option, which is especially helpful during a reset like this.

Arbonne's Fibre Boost is gentle. A lot of fibre products are harsh, gritty, or just about “bulking things up.” This one supports the gut by feeding good bacteria and helping digestion feel calmer and more regular.

For me, it’s not about replacing real food — it’s about supporting it. When you’re cutting back on sugar, gluten, or processed foods, fibre helps everything settle and feel more balanced. You know when your body is working well by how well you poo.

https://youtu.be/te9AGbiO_L4?si=BNVRW4EI2W3JhBZT sorry to share politics on our channel but this hate speech law is very serious and we need to be aware of the implications going forward. To me it means people won't be free to express their values and opinions or religious views in case of offending others. Thankfully we are always focused on the positive and what we can do in Our community so hope we won't be affected by it but this is definitely how the gov takes freedoms away. The very reason why MSR exists.
God bless you everyone. Say a prayer for our country tonight. 🙏🏼🌻
