I’m considering the theory that all countries VOTED in 2020 - they voted with their daily behaviours and complacency. Canada’s citizens (the majority) voted YES to be one of the ground zero test countries for Digital Medical Communism.

It won’t go down the same way everywhere, because all populations are voting (behaving) differently.
