I wouldn’t normally think of vehicles as great assets, (extreme depreciation), but 2020/2021 proved that used vehicles CAN be profitable.
In 2020 I bought an ‘09 Honda Element. I put 60,000kms on it. And then I sold it for a small profit. Slightly better than having a free vehicle, I got paid to drive it.
In Feb I bought this 2013 Tacoma. 50,000kms and in great condition. I consider this a keeper. But IF I need to sell it, I can see online that it would already go for about 2k more than I paid for it. Even if I double the mileage. (This isn’t inflation yet).
My guess: the gradual markup in used cars is happening because brand new vehicle prices are absurd, they’re not built well, and they’re loaded with tech/computers that a lot of drivers resent. Especially when it comes to repairs.
I was actually looking to buy older (08/09), to avoid Bluetooth, but the low mileage won.
So, I consider this one place I’m storing value for now. There’s assets besides homes! Dogs are another good one. And community. 😊

This timeline split started around 21st December 2020.
The winter solstice.
Depending on where our consciousness resided around this time determined which reality our soul awareness was taken into.
Some may call this 3D or 5D (D meaning dimension).
At the moment we are transitioning through 4D, with this we get to witness the madness, chaos and absurdity as the darkness plays itself out and reaches to the surface to many of us to witness.
If we are not operating from the higher realms of consciousness, we won’t notice anything weird or strange.
As our consciousness continues to drive upwards into higher realms, the more strange things will appear to us. With this, we will also be exposed to even more situations and things which were not previously in our awareness.
This is essentially how we awaken. Or ascend.
In actual fact we are descending back to who we truly are.
Our souls have been practising for this moment in time for tens of thousands of year.
We should be very proud of ourselves.

My dog has started staring down and barking at strangers while we're walking on and off leash. Usually small elderly women. Very uncharacteristic of him. Wondering if he can smell the vaccine. Has your animal friend been behaving oddly?

Storm Season has started in #YYC. Getting ready for the monster HAARP generated hail.
Last June/July felt like full immersion inside a video game if you got caught outdoors in a hail storm. A mix of MarioKart and Tetris just to avoid major damage to a vehicle or body. The NE section of the city got pummelled, with exterior damages exceeding $1.2B
