When you step back and zoom out, everything is as it should be...IF you keep letting go...💫 Climbing and hiking has taught me a lot about breathing. Altitude Training for Clownworld 2020. As the altitude increases, relaxed-force is needed. Forcefully (audibly) PUSH the exhale out to calibrate the inhale, this allows the inhalation to “drop in” with ease, with the increasing altitude. Sometimes letting go is hard, and the exhale represents this, so give it away freely, push it out, let go of the old air. Give it a kick and see what comes in next. If you feel short-of-breath, exhale even more, even more forcefully. Give it away, and more comes back. At least that’s my experience in the mountains. 🏔🌲🏔
