We'll need universal basic income - AI 'godfather'
The computer scientist regarded as the “godfather of artificial intelligence” says the government will have to establish a universal basic income to deal with the impact of AI on inequality.
Professor Geoffrey Hinton told BBC Newsnight that a benefits reform giving fixed amounts of cash to every citizen would be needed because he was “very worried about AI taking lots of mundane jobs”.
“I was consulted by people in Downing Street and I advised them that universal basic income was a good idea,” he said.

Hollywood star Scarlett Johansson has said she was left "shocked" and "angered" after OpenAI launched a chatbot with an "eerily similar" voice to her own.
The actress said she had previously turned down an approach by the company to voice its new chatbot, which reads text aloud to users.
When the new model debuted last week commentators were quick to draw comparisons between the chatbot's "Sky" voice and Johansson's in the 2013 film Her.
OpenAI said on Monday that it would remove the voice, but insisted that it was not meant to be an "imitation" of the star.

• Go to ChatGPT and click on the attachment icon in the bottom left
• Click on the Google Drive or OneDrive option
• Select the file that you want to attach
• Apply a prompt to the file to get your desired output
👉 Prompts you can apply to your attached files:
• Data Analysis: Analyze the attached file and identify key trends
• Data Visualization: Visualize the data and create a bar chart
• Data Formatting: Remove all blank columns and duplicates from the data
• Data export: Export the output as a CSV file
You can also attach text files and do things like summarization, content repurposing, editing, and more.

💬 In this project I have built an end to end YouTube video summarizer LLM app with Google Gemini Pro and Streamlit. The application fetches video trannoscripts and then summarizes the video using the LLM.
Usage:
1. go to YouTube
2. search for the video you want to summarize
3. right click on the video then click on copy link
4. paste the link on the input box of the app then, click on Enter to apply
5. you will see the video thumbnail
6. click on Get Summary
