The source code of Telegram Android has been unreproducible since a few months ago, now they even doesn't update the native part of the source code for v8.3.0.
Just a reminder, the current latest version (v8.4.2) is still not reproducible.

On Android 12, you need to manually add link to verified links in order to open t.me links in Nekogram. Android will reset this settings for every app update.
If you have @LSPosed installed, you can use this module to disable the verification.
