I decided to upgrade all NeleBots to NeleBot X, and then restart the databases from 0 (where there is no important data).
These days I might be busy, so don't expect too much.

I changed my mind, I don't reset the databases, but I model them to fit NeleBot X.

The first Bot on the program is ITelegraph!
