Ukrainian forces in the embattled city of Artyomovsk may be considering a retreat, an economic adviser to President Vladimir Zelensky claimed in an interview with CNN on Tuesday.

🔹 Alexander Rodnyansky stated that Russia is attempting to encircle Artyomovsk (called Bakhmut in Ukraine) by using the best troops from the Wagner private military company. He told CNN’s Isa Soares that Kiev’s forces would retreat or “strategically give up” the city “if they believed the costs of holding it outweigh the benefits.” Rodnyansky added that the Ukrainian military “is obviously going to weigh all the options.”

🔹“So far, they’ve held the city, but, if need be, they will strategically pull back – because we’re not going to sacrifice all of our people just for nothing,” the presidential adviser claimed, arguing that it was ultimately up to the military to decide if and when a withdrawal was required.

👉 Rodnyansky stated that the region west of the city had been fortified and that if Kiev’s forces pulled out of Artyomovsk, Russian troops would not be able to advance quickly. “Make no mistake, our counter-offensives will be around the corner soon,” he insisted.

The Ukrainian government, together with colleagues from the UK, are developing the concept of a digital and economic "Fast State", said the head of the Committee on Economic development of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Natalukha.

"We want to build one of the fastest states in the world. A state that would function so quickly that its effectiveness would give you the illusion that the state does not exist. A state that would simply dissolve in its effectiveness. We have everything to build such a state in Ukraine," the deputy said.

👉These are state functions which operate digitally, or be operated digitally, regardless of the territorial question, or of resources, of the temporary occupation by the Russian aggressor.

The government seeks to fully digitize and simplify the processes of taxation, customs clearance of imports, interaction with the banking system, obtaining permits and licensing, he noted. Therefore, all these procedures will be automated in order to increase the allocation of resources, radically reduce bribery and abuse of power.

A Ukrainian "fast state" cannot be destroyed by conventional means, territoriality, militarily, or economically. Its digital functions can collapse and then later re-emerge - the illusion that the state does not exist

Unfortunately for the Chinese, there is a specific 'gain of function' note in an abstract or letter from a Chinese researcher who had been employed there.

This was an important Chinese document because it shows that the 'gain of function' research was established by Fauci, and Fauci is specifically mentioned.

That document was made familiar to the US public by senator Rand Paul, who grilled Fauci about it, and Fauci likely perjured himself.

None of that means that the Chinese leaked the virus, or that the leak happened at this place.

I subscribe to the Fort Detrick hypothesis, and while perhaps corollary research also took place at the Wuhan virology lab, one can move data around digitally without moving physical samples around. Any research can be moved around like that. It can be reproduced in any lab with the same instructions.

It would have been brought to China during the Wuhan military games. American military participated. It's like a military olympics. The first cases happened right after. Patient Zero, it is thought, was at the games.

What the Chinese are concealing is that they also may have had foreknowledge of the plot.

Perhaps a win-win deal between forces otherwise at odds.

The west can justify a 'lockdown' that slows down global trade. That justifies stopping/slowing imports from China.

China can justify the same, which justifies the slow down of Chinese exports.

The US can no longer maintain the 'fiat' computer screen zeroes into existence.

China's growing gulf between have and have-nots is unstable without a larger middle class.

The products no longer being shipped abroad now must find domestic (or alternative) markets.

Rising wages and living conditions in China would also be a part of a growing middle class.

Middle classes tend to push towards more open social reforms.

XJP is a proponent of the above mentioned Chinese policies.

💢 I'm not a virologist. I take information seriously. I'm amazed at the big claims people latch on to.

That said, I have spent the same four or five + hours with 'no virus theory' that anyone believes it has. I've seen the same documentaries in the alternative media sphere. I know what rumble is.

And I found holes. not discrediting holes.not game ending holes. but holes forced open by a lack of nuance, and other conclusions not justified by the premise.

And semantic problems. I'll explain

So perhaps a virus is an exome which is contagious. Maybe they are all contagious. It's like a shared immunity to a toxin since evolutionarily we are social beings. If one person of a tribal village is exposed to a toxin, poison, , etc, and their body produces exomes ...

It makes sense that we can communicably share those exomes to confer an immune response and protection from the same toxin that others in the village are likely to encounter.

What is the problem with calling those viruses?

The one-upmanship and 'wiser than thou' stuff stinks too hard underlying the 'no virus' vibrations, regardless of the origin of the actual thing we call a virus.
