I hope this email finds you doing well. I wanted to reach out to you today and let you know about a change we're making at HandCash. After some unexpected news, we're sad to say that we'll be disabling our top-up service using credit cards.
I know this probably comes as a surprise, and I completely understand if it causes any inconvenience. The truth is, Circle (the company that helps us process credit card payments) unexpectedly decided to break our agreement with them. They won't disclose why that decision was made, so the reason remains unknown to us.
We understand that this change may cause inconvenience to some of our customers, and for that, I sincerely apologize. Rest assured that we are committed to bringing back the top-up service with options that will be even faster and more convenient. In the meantime, the rest of our services will continue operating as normal.
