BETA Auction Bid User Guide
Dear Niftifiers,
As promised, our developers team has prepared the user guide for all of you that would like to see your bids in the current auction process.
• Connect your wallet to your profile and make sure you have enough ETH in it to place a bid and pay for gas fees.
• Go to the drop page, click on the card of the artist, select the NFT you would like to bid on and click on it.
• On the right side, under the "Listings", click on "auction" and you will see a button with a currency and a countdown.
• By clicking on it, you can place a bid.
If you’re the first to place a bid, you must exceed or meet the reserve price set by the creator. If the reserve price has already been met, the next bid must exceed the current bid by minimum 5%. When the transaction is completed, the funds will be taken from your wallet and placed in escrow in Niftify’s smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain.
If you hold the highest bid on auction: click on the item that is being auctioned and you should see your name besides the auction price.
If someone outbids you, funds from your original bid will be deposited back into your wallet. If the auction is still live, you can place another bid at least 5% higher than the current bid.

If you are the highest bidder, the reserve price has been met, and the countdown timer has expired, then — congratulations! — you won the auction.
