KEH or eBay?
So, keh has their winter sale (for lack of a better term) they just started today. I’m in the market for a d500 (I’m a dslr holdout), and they have a body for 15% off. Not the 20% I was hoping for, but still not bad.
Would it be smarter to try and get a body from keh, or go the eBay/local route? eBay prices do seem to be a little bit lower though.
KEH has a discount, I live in Georgia and could stop by the shop if needed, would have a warranty, but would the extra price be worth it? Love KEH and have bought a few lenses from them before, so I’m not a stranger. I would like to get the body from them, but a few eBay listings look like they are a couple of hundred dollars cheaper
Not in a hurry to buy the body (I have until April), but since this may be their only sale anytime soon, I’d like to take advantage of this if I can.
Any tips or suggestions?
Thanks!

How realistic would it be to use a Z6III with exclusively Sony lenses?
Long story short my wife and I shoot professionally and have a large selection of Sony gear. Ive been shooting Sony for 8 years now, but shot Nikon before that and Ive been tempted to switch back. I am not ready to go all in on Nikon gear though, and would rather buy a single body and make sure it is a good fit. Beyond that, Nikon's lens selection has been my biggest hessitation, as I believe their bodies are top notch.
I have heard that the FE to Z mount adapters are pretty good and that for the most part they feel native. What are peoples real world experiences? Will shooting with an adapter hinder the system significantly? Is AF much worse? Its been a few years since I played with adapting lenses, and wasn't all that impressed going from Canon to Sony.
Sorry if this isnt an appropriate question for here, it just seems like most of the YouTube reviews of adapters and stuff are sponsored / not very real world. Yet I hear people mention how adapter the Z mount is all the time. I would love to check out a Z mount body, just can't justify all the glass.

What Are Your Go-To Settings for Wildlife Photography with Nikon Gear?
I'm a wildlife photography enthusiast and have been using my Nikon D500 paired with the Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6E lens. I find that capturing fast-moving subjects can be quite a challenge, especially in varying light conditions. I typically shoot in burst mode, use a fast shutter speed, and keep my ISO adaptive, but I'm curious to hear what settings and techniques others use for their wildlife shots.
Do you prefer shooting in RAW or JPEG for post-processing?
How do you manage focus tracking on your Nikon?
