How come DSLRs hold their value tremendously well?
Since I've bought my first DSLR 2 years ago, I noticed the prices on the used market just went up... Sure, inflation has to do with it but what about depreciation? DSLRs seem to have completely stopped losing value and what's even more terrifying is that now even mirrorless bodies are being priced similarly.
For example, a well used D750 (70k+ shutter count) goes for 500e or more meanwhile Z5/Z6 in mint condition (under 15k shutter count) sell for only 200e more. Even the D800 doesn't have good samples under 400e but maybe all this is my local market shenanigans.
A lot of Z50 is already cheaper than D750 😭 and sure it's not the same sensor size but also consider the fact D7500 (and even D7200) is literally more expensive lmao.
What's going on? Are people starting to realize mirrorless could be worse (due to worse build quality, shorter battery life etc.) or something else is going on?

Question on what Full frame Camera to Get
Been using a Z50, and doing some wild life photography, had it for a year now and looking to upgrade to a full frame so i can shoot in better low light.
From my research the Z6 3 is great, but its megapixel are only just better then then z50, while the z8 doubles them both.
Any tips on which one i should go, or maybe there is a better one out there for me. Still not sure on my budget, but ATM if im going to spend the money to get a z6, i may as spent a bit more to get the z8 for the double mp?
Any help would be appreciated :)
Picture i took just to share.
