From the 15th November, ‘Covid Passes’ will be introduced for anyone aged 16 or over (‘compulsory’ for 18+) at various venues, gatherings and events including cinemas and theatres.

The Welsh Government is also supporting a UBI (Universal Basic Income) trial which is also part of the digital control agenda.
