After the coverage from the BBC Misinformation Team this couldn't be more apt. No point in complaining about it to the BBC they will just let them off. Best thing to do is wherever you see the lies on social media and on their pages call them out.

I would like to complain about the conduct of Mike Wendling and Marianna Spring on social media in relation to the demonstrations in Central London. Whilst I totally condemn the personal abuse they have received they are clearly in breach of the social media policy laid down here:

I know we said not to complain but they are in clear breach of the BBC's social media policies. Please politely emailing them asking why they are not adhering to the high standards (cough) of the BBC: https://www.bbc.co.uk/contact/complaints/make-a-complaint/#/Complaint

As a publicly funded broadcaster the BBC has clear rules on what journalists can and cannot do on social media. Clearly yesterday their journalists broke these rules and you have to bring this to their attention.

This is Anne who met up with many friends on Saturday. This was Anne's first demo and she says it was one of the best experiences of her life. Saturday meant so much to say many of us. The people are now speaking with one voice!

The BBC have clear rules on social media conduct and reporting. The evidence shows that journalists in the 'disinformation unit' have broken these rules. Please voice your concerns to the BBC about how this can affect trust in their service.
