I stedet for å melde fra til Viltnemnda og politiet, både slaktet han og parterte dyret – og fraktet det hjem.

Kronhjorten ble felt 12. august. Da er det kun lov å jakte på rådyrbukk. Sesong for hjortejakt og ordinær rådyrjakt starter henholdsvis 1. september og 25. september.

Dersom vedkommende hadde varslet umiddelbart til viltnemnda, hadde man kunne sikret dyret på en forsvarlig måte. I dette tilfellet var dyret slaktet og partert, og vitale organer tatt ut.

Vi gjennomførte en ransaking på mannens bopel. I dette tilfellet var det aktuelle kjøttet blitt sirlig vakuumpakket og lagt i fryseren. Der fant vi nesten alt kjøttet som knyttet seg til kronhjorten https://perma.cc/CH9Y-NB9E

RIP Emilia Brangefält

Sveriges friidrettsforbund skriver at Brangefält valgte å avslutte livet 13. november etter å ha hatt det «veldig dårlig, både fysisk og psykisk» i flere måneder.

Det är med stor sorg vi nåtts av det tragiska beskedet att Emilia Brangefält avlidit. Hon avslutade sitt liv efter att ha mått dåligt under en tid.

Trots Emilias ringa ålder växte hon de senaste åren till att bli en av världens bästa traillöpare. För ganska precis ett år sedan tog hon ett sensationellt brons över 40 km på Trail-VM i Thailand. Så sent som i våras visade hon att det inte var en tillfällighet då hon slutade femma på samma sträcka när VM avgjordes i Alperna.

Under sin korta karriär hann hon också med att vinna guld vid Trail-SM 2022 och som yngst i klassen K22 i Terräng-SM samma år.

Vi är en förening i sorg och skickar all kärlek och styrka till Emilias familj.

Despite Emilia's young age, she grew in recent years to become one of the world's best trail runners. Exactly one year ago, she won a sensational bronze over 40 km at the Trail WC in Thailand. As recently as last spring, she showed that it was not a coincidence when she finished fifth on the same distance when the WC was decided in the Alps.

During her short career, she also managed to win gold at the Trail-SM in 2022 and as the youngest in the K22 class in the Terrain-SM in the same year.

We are an association in mourning and send all love and strength to Emilia's family.

Det var 10. juni i år at Breivik igjen søkte om prøveløslatelse. Han søkte også om prøveløslatelse etter at minstetiden på 10 år hadde løpt ut. Denne ble behandlet over tre dager i en rettssak i Telemark tingrett i Skien fengsel i januar 2022, der Breivik sonet da.
