Vaccine mandates and passports trample the fundamental principles of medical and professional ethics.

1 Vaccine mandates imply that all humans are born in a defective, inherently harmful state that must be biotechnologically augmented to allow their unrestricted participation in society, and this constitutes discrimination on the basis of healthy, innate characteristics of the human race. The situation is akin to mandating that people must submit to genital alteration in the interest of public health, or they will be largely excluded from society.

2 Covid vaccines are known to occasionally cause deaths of healthy people. When an employee is required to receive Covid vaccination as a condition of employment, that employee is being economically coerced to participate in an activity where some percentage of employees are expected to die ‘in the course of employment’ as a direct result of their mandatory participation. This goes against the fundamental principles of medical ethics and workplace safety. It may be objected that Covid-19 also kills people, but these two categories of deaths are not ethically equivalent. Covid-19 is a natural phenomenon, whereas deaths resulting from mandatory vaccination are mandated deaths, a legalised killing of some people for the alleged benefit of the majority.

3 Medical consent must be free - not coerced - in order to be valid. Any discrimination against the unvaccinated is economic or social opportunity coercion, precluding the possibility of a valid medical consent. If it were morally permissible to prevent deaths during pandemics at the expense of free medical consent, then the right to medical consent would not exist at all, because there is no morally relevant difference between preventing millions of deaths and one death. Every illness can cause death, and even medical experimentation in a death camp may lead to future prevention of deaths, so if we believe in free medical consent at all, we must respect it for all medical interventions.

Being unvaccinated is not a choice; we were born that way. The right to preserve our innate characteristics without being discriminated against is paramount.

Note also that ABS deliberately did not classify covid along with flu and pneumonia since a good proportion of covid deaths did not occur from respiratory symptoms. These were merely the elderly who died with a positive PCR test in the past 28 days, regardless of their immediate cause of death.

If the vaccine were beneficial then rewarding the vaccinated with additional benefits would be analogous to paying people for accepting a gift, which is absurd (unless the original “gift” was in fact a liability). This is on top of the fact that the alleged “reward” is something that humanity enjoyed FREE for some 200 million years and it was taken away from us only last year, by the same people who “gave” us the vaccine.

Actions have consequences.

When you do something and then something happens as a result of your action, that is a consequence. When you refuse to do something and then the Government does something to change your mind, that something is not a consequence of your action but an action of the Government. Unethical actions have metaphysical consequences.

Chopping off your index finger, for example, could also have a significant impact on the rate of viral transmission, because you would no longer pick your nose. So do you have an index finger by choice? It is just the index finger, don’t be selfish. Your actions have consequences and your choice to have the index finger puts all of us in danger.

I've reviewed my draft analysis of excess deaths in 2020 in Australia. I just can't think of ANY reason to explain why we had far more than 150k deaths that should have occurred.

I'd say there were 10k extra non-covid lockdown deaths in Australia in 2020, but at the least 5000.

The tribal mindset has no grasp of equality, it is discriminatory in its essence, contrary to pan-humanist moral consciousness. Tribalism is the problem of humanity, not a solution. The laws of reason are the only basis of unity for all rational beings, which just means Humanity.

The kind of equality I am referring to is the equal moral status of all people. Tribalism is committed to the interests of the tribe above all else, not to humanity in principle. The idea that natives, or those tribes who lived longer/longest in some place, have higher moral or political status than other people, is the essence of Nazism. It is also entirely irrational and self-defeating, since all human values derive from humanity, which is conscious rational agency, not from a tribe. The claim that aboriginal people lived “in harmony with nature” (which is already a value judgment with no possibility of validation) and for tens of thousands of years, is a red herring. It is not an argument in favour of special rights, nor is it necessarily a compliment. Harmony with nature implies cultural stasis, over-adaptation to a particular cultural or environmental set of conditions. This is the animal state, primitive state; primitive because it is unconscious of the metaphysical conditions of its own conscious existence and values. Humanity is essentially in conflict with nature, its metaphysical transcendence precisely through reason, through thought, which is the opposite of nature and animality. Reason is not optional for humans, it is not a choice, because it is the essence of thought, the essence of being human: the rules that you use unconsciously when you speak, the rules of meaning and sense. Only very recently in human history we have become conscious of this connection, beginning with Aristotle. Every path other than rationality leads to irreconcilable conflict and therefore to violence, it does not allow for consistent resolution of conflicts about values and facts. Intercultural violence and devaluation of the Other is therefore the ruling principle of all indigenous cultures, its essence. Rationality is open to everyone, irrespective of tribal ancestry or race, because it meets the Other not on the animal/natural level but on the metaphysical level that all human beings share, even if most are not explicitly aware of this common property. Return to indigenous, tribal principles is the path to hell, while rationality offers the possibility of universal transcendence of our animal vessel in favour of metaphysical unity.

The comment I quoted from aboriginal elders is proposing that elders of some tribe should be the kings of all other tribes. They call themselves First, Original, ergo, nativist prioritarianism. This is ideologically analogous to Nazism, contrary to humanity as a unifying principle, and therefore contrary to human morality.

Ancestors of the alleged original owners of Australia were descendants of every human’s ancestors, our common ancestors, who belonged to the Earth. We are all related.

Likemindedness is a conceptual prison, an escape from autonomous thought. Thinking entails dissent, offence, disagreement. Our only commonality as human beings is the capacity to rationally engage with disagreement. Thinking rationally is painful, dangerous, but necessary to conscious existence. The pursuit of likemindedness is self-erasure, a fading away, a sweet trance of metaphysical euthanasia, a falling asleep.
