Big 3 Lifts, weighted Dips & Pulls up, as well as a mile run

Your stats will be recorded so you can compare it against future lifts at home or at the next Nationalist Powerlifting Meet

Food, Drinks, and a great atmosphere await you.

Winners will receive prize money as well as a custom made trophy curtesy of one of our local community partners.
