New event just announced - this weekend, deploy 4 mods per portal and for the first time ever get AP for destroying mods.

New week-long event starts Friday. Earn double AP for glyphing, deploy 2 L8 resonators per portal, and enjoy half distance kinetic capsules.

Niantic has updated the start time for the Glyph the Planet event, infographic updated accordingly.

Details on the new Second Sunday Mission Day event are out. Get credit for your Mission Day badge by completing six missions during this event. In July any six missions count, in August and September look for past official Mission Day missions.
