You think the DOD isn't aware they're breaking the law? If you had any shred of doubt they didn't know, just look at this proposed memo change to Terry Adirim's memo. The Air Force pushes back on the suggested changes by claiming if the DOD admits the vaccines are distinct, they won't be able to punish servicemembers anymore, and it will open them up to increased litigation. Figure that one out.
