Steve Kirsch states that figures like Bill Gates oppose revealing the truth about vaccinations because it would expose their negative impacts on health.

Kirsch cites a study showing a complete absence of heart disease in a group of a thousand unvaccinated individuals, a stark contrast to the prevalence in the general population.

Kirsch points to the non-progress of a 2009 congressional bill that proposed to compare the health of vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals as evidence of governmental reluctance to investigate the effects of vaccinations.
