🇯🇵🇷🇺🇺🇦 A correspondent for the Japanese Daily Shincho was very surprised after visiting Mariupol to discover that there were no pro-Ukrainian people in the city.
The journalist writes that all Mariupol residents are striving to obtain Russian passports, and after Putin visited the city in March 2023, the situation with obtaining the document has become significantly simpler.
He also notes that, contrary to Ukrainian propaganda, a significant number of people who survived the armed actions in Mariupol did not leave anywhere, and many of the recently evacuated returned back. And all the residents with whom he spoke talked about the disgusting attitude of the Armed Forces of Ukraine towards them.
According to the majority of Mariupol residents, being part of Russia opens up brighter and broader prospects for their city, the author concludes.

“I can’t get past it,” Carlson continued.
“It’s like, ‘Oh, I’m great at my job. I killed a bunch of people, but I’m a great person.’ It’s like, no, it’s too big a sin to overlook. You have no credibility unless you apologize for that and explain how you reached that wrong conclusion.”
