Mandatory transgender training is being pushed out to Defense Health Agency and active duty military medical personnel.

“The Gender Warrior” goes over how someone can express their gender with clothing, hairstyle and voice mannerisms along with their gender identity and sexual orientation.

The slide also covers sex assigned at birth and states “USUALLY based on appearance of external genitalia (male/female/intersex).”

A slide labeled “inclusive healthcare starts with inclusive language” discusses how someone might identify their gender. Despite male and female being the only options available in DEERS for the military, the slide says that someone can be on the gender binary spectrum, fluid, nonexistent, or a gender that is neither masculine, feminine nor non-binary.
