Saturn does restrict but it's for lessons and to help you evolve.

Saturn carries the karmas of previous lives. This is the realm of Saturn but once you reach enlightenment, the soul can move on to higher dimensions.

We keep ourselves trapped in various mental prisons that are also manipulated from outside influence.

In order to "escape" would be transcending through stages of consciousness. Broadening our perception of reality as the illusion comes loose.

Developing a greater understanding, to go deep inside yourself, shed what no longer is necessary (bad habits, addictions, heal from trauma, sacrifice egotistical desires etc, do the INNER-WORK which no one wants to do.

People want to stay one-sided and believe someone else will save them, remaining confined to lower consciousness and limitations.

Think outside the box.
