what kinds icon do you need?
i got a nice stable diffusion model to paint cute pictures.
and maybe it can generate some nice app icons.

According to the messages from Durov's Code, Telegram changed their privacy policy for specific country (Russia and Ukraine as far as i know) so that advertisers can infer the user's location based on the IP address to serve ads.

Another promise made by Telegram has been broken.

basically local premium just pretends you have premium.
it is just useless cuz most of premium feature depends on server and that won't pretend you have and it will lead tons of glitches.
