I just updated the FCM credentials in my.telegram.org to replace the old FCM api (It will be removed on June 20)

This should have no impact on push notifications, however, some people may not able to receive FCM notifications for a short period of time.

Currently, this function is mainly used for web3 applications. It is not clear what other uses it will have in the future.
I can't test it because Telegram has not yet pushed the source code of 10.15.x

Did they just skip releasing the source code for version 10.15.x?

Telegra.ph Disables File Uploading from Devices

In a recent blog post, Pavel Durov announced that Telegra.ph has been forced to disable the ability to upload photos and other file types from devices due to misuse by "anonymous users." Telegraph is a publishing service integrated with Telegram, which does not require a Telegram account to be used.

Currently, users can only include images and videos in Telegraph articles via links from other websites. A Telegram representative mentioned that the file upload feature may be reinstated in the future.

Even when accessing Telegraph through Telegram, the option to upload files remains unavailable.
