Telegram server will issue a parameter named "getfile_experimental_params". This parameter causes third-party clients to download at a quarter of the speed of the official client, even if you have purchased Premium.

I will remove this restriction in the next stable update and add the ability to modify the download speed (requires "show hidden features" to be turned on). If you want to use it as soon as possible, please download the ci version.
