There is apparently a 19 year old victim in the carjacking. But until body camera footage is released, there is no way to tell if officers fired or if the suspect fired first. Until body camera footage is released, PPD is covering something up. Until body camera footage is released, we should be planning to hold the city accountable for their actions. Why do we get punished for petty offenses, when police can just turn their badge camera off without penalty?
