Regardless I don't think they are going to be charged anyway because of qualified immunity and how powerful the FOP is. Walter's life mattered and the 2 officers did murder him. Philadelphian's have been assaulted by police this week and a Philadelphian has been killed. Whether they face murder charges or not, they are still guilty to all of us.
