Amistad Law Project is calling on City Councilmember and President Darrell Clarke to resign because he’s trying to give the PPD an additional $9 million for Tasers. They were already approved for a $727 million budget this summer. Philly 10/30! Happy Mischief Night! Curfew 9pm to 6am city wide. Only essential workers, and emergencies permitted with an exception for those turning in Mail in Ballots. Your Mail In Ballot is your going outside license tonight. Traffic closures in Center City. Avoid 8th to 20th from Arch to Walnut. There are no impacts to SEPTA service or pedestrian access. All residents and essential employees, including hospital workers, can access the area by showing ID.
