Fifteen or so vans along the westside, groups of cops standing by vans, four double length SEPTA buses parked, a few cruisers scattered throughout, and the two eighteen wheelers, one white and one red, are parked along the east side right next to the fence. There are detours and commotion in FDR park because of the Biden speech tomorrow. #forward
