It is on the landing flight path to PHL, so drones are illegal in the area due to low flying civilian passenger aircraft. They could be exiting out of either 26th or Broad. They could also unlock the Southport gate and exit out Kitty Hawk to connect with Delaware Ave/Columbus Blvd. Easy access to 76 to respond to protests city-wide.
