I am so happy for them to finally be safe to come out of sanctuary. This is a liberating moment for them. They spent 843 days hiding in a West Philly Church Basement in sanctuary to escape violence in Jamaica and state violence from ICE in America until sanctuary was granted. One day, others will be able to leave sanctuary because we will have abolished their agressors.
