Black and Blue: 190 years of police brutality against Black people in Philadelphia
These are some of the key events in the painful history of police violence against the Black community in Philadelphia, a glimpse into the legacy of racially discriminatory law enforcement in this city.
It's worth pointing out that part of the issue that the city has is that kids can't play baseball. The secure, safe and stable housing for people is *never* more important than a baseball game.
