#OTG West Philly no more than normal (for those not in West Philly that means at least one patrol car under the El and a few on foot around the intersection) police around 52nd and Market, but metal barricades still at specific points, folded but ready
#OTG earlier tonight barricades in "storage mode" around 1st precinct, some equipment in the Navy Yard and a few other spots they are known, but not a full Mobilization like last summer.
