#scanner Chief Inspector of Homeland Security asked if the PPD helicopter was available, it is temporarily down to receive upgrades
#scanner Civil Affairs Captain alerting Strike Force and Plainclothes units that there "may have been spray paint pulled out" and to be mindful of it. A detective reported that they have 5 plainclothes units out in the crowd to keep eyes on it
