#scanner Still no indication from police radio suggesting any imminent sweep of the GSE at UPenn. We will be monitoring this throughout the day and alert if anything changes.
UPenn PD's radios are encrypted, meaning the public cannot access them, so if UPPD moves on their own we will not be able to alert to that.

#OTG Reports PPD was on site at UPenn GSE, camp confirmed everything is ok. Police wanted banners removed from fencing. Camp is calm but community support is welcome & wanted
A public relay is a tool for when radio comms are less effective: such as when police are using Encryption. We can't listen to encrypted feeds. So public relays allow scouts to send information about what they see happening on the ground. Everyone can be a scout at the protest. Our feed is not where the organizing of protests happens. Thank you to the hardworking organizers who make actions happen. I hope this information helps some people stay safe from militarized police and fascists.

All eyes are on Kensington as Parker administration plans to clear homeless from a main corridor
The clearing will likely be the most visible action the Parker administration has taken yet in Kensington. City health officials estimate at least 675 people are homeless in the neighborhood.
2900 Kensington Ave will be the location the Mayor will allow the public to view the forced removal of people and where the media specifically will be.
