🔎 How Do We Plan to Approach the U.S. Market?
Alongside the critical integration with Zillow which will provide us with an inventory and the ability to efficiently scan the market and select the best possible properties, we are partnering with several billion-dollar real estate brokerages and real estate developers to make sure we could get access to all of their properties at the best conditions.

Started with a partnership with one of the largest firm in Australia, we have expanded to Dubai and now the US.

Polygon Migration / DEX

Currently, we have completed the migration for all of the main projects and we are completing the development of smart contracts that are responsible for connecting those parts.

This involves mostly staking and token-related aspects because XIL will be used in all of the projects as a second native token after their main one.

The migration is almost done. To complete it all and test it properly, it will take around 35 business days from today (21st of April).

We are finally ready to start the migration process, which means that you all will be able to exchange your existing XIL tokens on Binance Smart Chain for new XIL tokens on the Polygon chain.

Explained below is what the process will look like:

You will need to just go to the Migration page, connect the wallet, click exchange, and then your old tokens will be burnt.New tokens will then be delivered to your wallet on a 1:1 ratio. It’s quite easy and literally takes 30 seconds!

A quick update on the migration.

We have completed the migration preparation on our end, and have just been fixing some bugs we found during testing yesterday and today. We want everything to work perfectly, so we are polishing it now.

The page will be available tomorrow closer to 8pm PST, and technically everyone will be able to migrate and get new tokens. However, we are still waiting for Gate.io to complete the procedure on their end to avoid confusion when two different tokens exist for a short period of time. We will inform you by a separate announcement as soon as they get it done on their end, and we believe that it will be completed quickly as well. If you want to trade on Gate.io, then wait until they will complete it, and then use our page to migrate. If you want to migrate asap , and don’t want to trade on Gate.io, then migrate right after the page is live.
