TWRP-3.1.1-x_blu_spark_v40 for oneplus 5 released by eng.stk

fully synced with TWRP Android-7.1 branch (including more recent upstream than official TWRP) and some specific device fixes.
Features all the usual fixes from OP3 and all the device specific tweaks, including updated crypto libs. And blu_spark inside
Backup/restore ext4 FBE on stock 4.5.8 ROM works fine, didn't test unencrypted or custom ROMs setups but should work fine also.
