We cannot confirm 100% when or if this will happen, but consider yourself notified that's it's possible. For now, of this is a major concern for you, the only solution is to uninstall Google photos app until we have confirmation or a fix. It appears that accounts get restored once the device starts reporting with the correct signature again... But again we don't know for sure at this time. Be warned
