This version DOESN'T have any other variants, works fine even on Nameless-AOSP with WORKING FOD!

• Built with Cutting-Edge LLVM Toolchain Neutron Clang 16 with latest LLVM Patches merged
• Kernel now uses latest Bleeding-Edge Clang 16 Binutils
• Merge latest CLO Tag LA.UM.9.12.r1-14600-SMxx50.QSSI13.0
• Backport Linux Random Number Generator from linux-5.15.y & configure the Entropy sources
• Implement BBR2 TCP Congestion Algorithm & configure it as default
• Enable UNICODE_NORMALIZATION_SELFTEST
• kprofiles: Set Battery as the default profile- Skip Devfreq Boosting if kprofiles is set to Battery
• Upstreamed F2FS from ACK's upstream-f2fs-stable-linux-4.19.y branch
• Backport LZ4 patches from android-mainline branch of ACK
• Silence Logspams
