OnePlus Camera PM asks user to use Gcam instead of Stock Camera app on Global forums. Smh.
OnePlus's new phones are basically a rebranded version of the Oppo A33 and the Realme 6 with a few changes. The A33 has a 90 Hz panel while the Nord N100 has a 60 hz panel, otherwise they're almost entirely identical. The Nord N10 is a Realme 6 with the Snapdragon 690, a rear fingerprint reader and might get the Realme 7's cameras (the Asian variant of the Realme 7 that is). The Realme 6, Asian Realme 7 and the N10 5G have very similar camera setups but Realme has disclosed the parts they've used while OnePlus haven't. For proof check the official spec sheet:-

This is an interview with the dude who won the design contest for oxygenos 10.

One plus ignored his replies about the OOS11 looking too close to one ui and also about the general ui having less information in a single screen.

Customer sends his 3T for battery replacement, OnePlus won't replace his battery unless he also gets a screen replacement. 🙃
OnePlus doing just Xiaomi things. 🙃
Burn in after two weeks of usage 💀
So a hardware issue now can be fixed by doing a factory reset?

🙄

Actually only those that were on OB3 had their data lost, but some people like Leandro had an OOS 10 build given by OTA, see writeup at https://oxygenupdater.com/api/v2.5/news-content/160/EN
"The Nord N10 5G and N100 will receive one major Android update and a total of two years of security updates."

What's hilarious is OnePlus doesn't seem to know about the specs of their own phone. They told AA it had a 60 Hz display at launch but retracted that statement after AA discovered their retail unit had a 90 Hz panel.
*sigh* :(
