If you MUST take profit and fully cash out of your position because of some unforeseen, dire emergency, you would simply:
-swap your tokens back into XLM
-send your XLM into an exchange
-sell your XLM for local currency
-withdraw currency into bank
However, with all the new changes yesterday and today, I think there already are or will soon be ways to pair it ("convert it directly into") with fiat inside Lobstr via the AMM Token (kingtroll.stellarmint.io)

Most, if not all, of us here believe in GESARA, trust the Q Plan, and/or follow Whiplash.
