The food pyramid that the FDA etc have pushed is totally nonsensical and very bad for our health.

An optimal diet is full of proper hydration, rich in nutrients and is ALIVE with VITAL, LIVING enzyme activity.

Yes, so much happening behind the scenes. I do know a little bit bc of a friend that works for a subsidiary of Space Force and he said “we’ve got your back”.
