If the 25th Amendment happens, then Kamala becomes the acting Resident, and there is no acting Vice Resident.
Any new acting Vice Resident needs to be approved by the Senate.

From what I understand, the AZ Senate has not yet approved the canvass to be included in the final Maricopa audit report.
