NYC: A serious motor vehicle accident left one person unconscious on the Grand Central Parkway Thursday morning. The scene showed a black vehicle that crashed into the back of another vehicle that had been completely burned.
A vehicle fire was reported at this same location last night, unsure if this burned vehicle had been left in the location. Many cars are still stranded in the area after having been flooded overnight. Highway and NYPD were on scene as well as several ambulances and FDNY
