(Hot Bath 30+ min.)
Cold shower after to clean up.
Incence or candles / relax calm music
Brush skins before/during/end bath.
Drink water/tea before/during/after for detox and hydrate.
Relax, breath, meditate

- baking Soda (1 cup)
- epsom salt bath (1 cup)
- borax laundry detergent (1-3 tbs)
- bentonite clay (1/4 cup)
Lavender oil (10-15 drops)

Epsom salt bath (1 cup)
Apple cider vinaigre (1 cup)
Peperminth oil (10-15 drops)
Limons/oranges/grapefruit (2-3+)

3 - Detox skins remove toxins
Baking soda (1 cup)
Epsom salt bath (1 cup)
Hydrogen peroxide (1 cup)
Rose oil (10+ drops)

4 - Detox/weight loss + Hydrate
Baking soda (1 cup)
Epsom salt (1 cup)
Turmeric (1/4 cup)
Ground/dry Ginger
Essential oils (lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree)
Coconut oil (1-3 tbs)

Other to add:
Coconut oil (1-3 tbs)
Coconut/almond milk (1-2 cup)
Coloidale silver (5 -10ml depends of ppm)
Activated Charcoal
Himalayan sea salt (1/4 cup)
Ground ginger
Turmeric (1/4 cup)
Any essential oil (tea tree, eucalyptus, lavender, camomille, etc.)
