60% of the Aluminum resides in our bones, 25% in our lungs, 10% in muscle, 3% in liver and 1% in our brain.

But what happens when Graphene Oxide bonds with aluminum? The Department of Energy has the answer.

I want to give you hope.

Over a decade ago, we fought to keep my ill 15 yr old alive. It was agonizing path with much suffering....but TRULY, their were moments of such blessing when we were in grief and struggles but became so close to one another.

One of the things that we did late each night was to form poems from magnetic poetry on a dry erase board, as well as, just writing our feelings. She expressed some very dark struggles with those words. It was a chance for her to expel some of her fears and free her mind by expressing difficult thoughts.

It was an incredibly difficult but yet rewarding journey and I treasure that time even though it was so hard.

I talked to a sheep yesterday.
We talked about covid and how she got the vaccine. She had a bewildered look on her face though. She was like but I have no idea what's happening... Why is there a booster shot now? I could tell she was straight up confused and regretted getting the vax. She was actually starting to question things..she mentioned masks as well. I told her I had covid already and now I have natural immunity. The look on her face...she was definitely starting to wake up to certain things.
