Mandates are not what most people think they are.
Example:
Black’s Law: under: Roman and Civil law.Definition of Mandate" A Written command given by a principle to an agent, (like a governor) specifically a commission or a contract by which one person (like the governor) request someone, the mandatary (the public) to perform some service gratuitously (voluntarily) the commission becoming effective when the mandatary agrees.”
Mandate is not a law, it is a voluntary agreement, that you must agree to…
That is the law they do not want you to know. It is not Mandatory until the mandatary agrees.. If a mandate goes against your Natural Born inalienable rights(the Constitution for them protects your inalienable rights), it cannot become a law.
