There are only 2 states: Louisiana and Oregon where they do not need to convict unanimously. 12 people are not going to find Rittenhouse guilty of these charges. Even if 1 won’t bend their view, it will be a hung trial and he walks. This has been a fascinating trial case of how judges should act, how the state shouldn’t conduct themselves and a story of true courage in a time where courage is hard to find. ❤️
