Today, after 10 months of experiments and trials first with Niacin then with Niacin + Co- Factors and finally with NIACIN+MELATONIN, THANKS TO DR. KATS, I can tell you that I have achieved the best state of health that I have ever had in my entire life. I will be 61 soon, and I can tell you that I feel as if my body is the one I had when I was a teenager, at all levels, except for the beard hairs which are mostly gray and the hair on my head which is not as full as then 🤫😂 . All symptoms due to intoxication have disappeared, the pain in the shoulder that I had screwed up in 2007 are sporadic, absent most of the time. The crap that my skin was pushing out is also completely gone after adding Melatonin. My energy level is at the top, and most importantly during these 10 months I never suffered from colds, flu, runny nose, sore throat, etc. , except for brief moments during the detox and rebuilding TOTAL HEALTH process. I'm on the fence about this. I'm not sure the Tartars were white. Im reading an old book called American Antiquities on this subject. I think it said they were the Native Americans, id have to go back and reread it. Lots of info in that book.
